Start by toasting your raw almonds to your desired toast level. Set aside to cool.
Place your completely cooled almonds in a food processor and grind until the almonds are broken down into a grainy texture. Take a minute and scrape down the sides using a spatula or spoon.
Add in sea salt and continue blending in your food processor until you have a spreadable texture. Stopping every few minutes to scrape down that sides. This takes about 10 minutes in total.
Store in an airtight glass jar at room temperature. (I store mines on the kitchen counter until it`s empty) Use as needed.
Notes
The longer the almond butter blends in the food processor that runnier the consistency will be. The heat created when blending releases the natural oils in almonds.
