Cashew Butter

If you have a food processor and 15 minutes to spare you can whip up your jar of homemade Cashew Butter.

Equipment

  • Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Toasted Cashews
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add toasted cashews and sea salt into your food processor.
  • Blend for 15 minutes until smooth. (give your machine a break to prevent burn out). Remove from food processor and store in a glass airtight container in your pantry.

Notes

The longer you blend the cashew butter the runnier the consistency will be.
