These little fried sweet slices of plantain are the perfect side dish for your meals.

- 2 Ripe Plantains
- Coconut Oil
Begin by washing your plantain and remove the skin.
Cut the plantain diagonally from to bottom. I usually get about 18 to 19 peices.
In your frying pan heat about 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of oil. You should have enough oil in your pan to cover the plantains.
Fry each side until golden brown. Flipping when one side is golden brown
Remove the plantain from the hot oil onto a plate lined with a brown bag to drain any excess oil.
