- 1 oz Dry Seamoss (soaked overnight)
- 2 cups Water
- 1 small Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Nutmeg Mace small peice
Soak 1 oz of dried sea moss in water for a least 1 hour or overnight.
In a pot, bring to a boil: 2 cups of water, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and a small piece of nutmeg mace for 5 mintues.
Add in your soaked sea moss and boil on low for 7-10 minutes.
As the sea moss cooks it will gradually thicken.
Pour in a heat-proof glass container and store in the fridge.
