Millet is an easy gluten-free grain to cook. It is all in the seasoning.
Millet goes well with beans/peas and vegetable stir-fry.
This amount of millet feeds us, a 3 person family for lunch and dinner for refrence. You can half the recipe if needed.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Raw Pearl Millet
  • 3 cups Water
  • Coconut Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • 2 Green Onions (chopped)
  • Ground Turmeric

Instructions
 

  • On medium heat, saute green onions and a small sprinkle of grounded turmeric in a pan with coconut oil.
  • Add in millet and saute together in the seasoned oil for a few minutes.
  • Add in water and sea salt to taste. Leave on medium heat until water is boiling then turn down to low.
  • Cook on low until millet is fully cooked and there is no water left in the pot.
  • ENJOY!!!
