Papaya Lemon Juice

This Papaya Lemon Juice is perfect on a hot summer day served cold over ice.
- 15 cups Water 1/2 gallon
- 3 Heaping cups Ripe Papaya roughly chopped
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- Preferred Sweetener optional I use Panela
In a blender, combine 5 cups of water and 1 cup of cubed papaya.
Blend for about 1 minute. Strain into a large bowl.
Repeat steps 1-2 twice. You will make 3 blenders total.
Add in the juice of 2 lemons and sweetened to taste.
Transfer to a 1-gallon bottle and store in the fridge to chill.
Served chilled over ice if preferred.
