Ingredients

3 lb Fresh Peaches
2 tsp Lime Juice
8 oz Panela

Instructions

In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Strain in your ice cream maker and churn until you have sorbet.
Store in the freezer. Let chill slightly before serving.
