Raw Cabbage Slaw

This Raw Cabbage Slaw is the perfect crisp and refreshing side dish. This is my favorite way to eat homegrown cabbage. As fresh and raw as possible.

Ingredients
  

  • Half of Green Cabbage
  • 3 TB Coconut Oil WARM
  • 3-4 Green Onions
  • Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing cabbage and cutting finely into thin slices. Finely chop your green onions.  Toss the cabbage and chopped green onions together in a bowl.
  • Pour in your warm coconut oil and mix in well.
  • Add in sea salt at serving time (the salt causes the cabbage to wilt and release liquid if left sitting, so we only salt when ready to serve)
