Sweet Plantain Vegetable Rice

Kiara | My Plant Base Plate
Elevate your next meal with this Sweet Plantain Vegetable Rice. The natural sweetness of ripe plantains adds a bite of sugar to each bite. This recipe is a great way to incorporate more vegetables into your meals. For this recipe, I used Uncle Ben`s Brown Rice but you can substitute it for your favorite rice.
