Tahini Coffee with Almond Milk

Imagine the taste of creamy nutty tahini mixed with strong espresso coffee, balanced out with a generous pour of almond mix and sweetened with evaporated cane juice (panela). A dash of cinnamon powder adds spice and flavor.

Ingredients

Espresso Coffee

Brown Sesame Seed Tahini

Grated Panela
¼
tsp
Cinnamon Powder
½
cup
Almond Milk
Instructions
In your mug combine grated panela and a few drops of hot coffee. Mix together until the panela has melted.
Stir in tahini.
Add in cinnamon powder, the rest of the coffee, and finish with almond milk.
