Zucchini Noodles with a Avocado and Tahini Sauce
This rich and creamy avocado pasta is a flour-free spin on my Avocado Pasta with fresh Zucchini Zoodles.
- 2 Large Zucchini
- 1 Hass Avocado
- 2 Green Onions
- Fresh parsley (a few leaves) optional
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ½ cup water
- Sea Salt to taste you can start with a ½ teaspoon
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Spiralize your zucchini and set aside.
Add all the ingredients except the zucchini noodles in the blender and blend until smooth. Add in more water if needed.
Pour over the zucchini noodles and mix in well. Adjust sea salt if needed.
Serve immediately.
