Coconut Oil Green Beans with Garlic is a simple yet delicious, quick, and delicious preparation for green beans.
- 8 oz Fresh Green Beans trimmed
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 Small Cloves of Garlic finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp water
- Sea Salt to taste
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
Add in garlic and stir. Then stir in the green beans.
Add in water and stir. Place the lid on the pan and let steam for a few minutes until the green beans are tender and cooked to your liking.
Salt to taste and remove from heat. Serve warm.
