These Spiced Banana Pancakes are the perfect comfort to make a nice slow morning. Something about a stack of warm fluffy pancakes drizzled with maple syrup just gives off cozy vibes. These are not your ordinary pancakes, for this recipe we are using a trinity spiced pancake mix from EDCHC Bakery. You can find my go to pancake mix on their online bakery here.


Spiced Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 bag EDCHC Bakery Trinity Spiced Pancake Mix
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash your ripe banana with a fork.
- Pour in the water and vanilla extract. Whisk together
- Add in your pancake mix and whisk together. Take care to not overmix.
- Pour ½ of batter onto a hot greased pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm. Enjoy.
