Spiced Banana Pancakes

These Spiced Banana Pancakes are the perfect comfort to make a nice slow morning. Something about a stack of warm fluffy pancakes drizzled with maple syrup just gives off cozy vibes. These are not your ordinary pancakes, for this recipe we are using a trinity spiced pancake mix from EDCHC Bakery. You can find my go to pancake mix on their online bakery here.

Spiced Banana Pancakes

These Spiced Banana Pancakes are the perfect comfort to make a nice slow morning. Something about a stack of warm fluffy pancakes drizzled with maple syrup just gives off cozy vibes.
Course Breakfast
Servings 6 pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag EDCHC Bakery Trinity Spiced Pancake Mix
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mash your ripe banana with a fork.
  • Pour in the water and vanilla extract. Whisk together
  • Add in your pancake mix and whisk together. Take care to not overmix.
  • Pour ½ of batter onto a hot greased pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve warm. Enjoy.
