It is time for teatime in the tropics. This tropical sorrel tea takes you to the tropical islands in a cup.
This tea has a rich flavor that is balanced with ginger. I usually stir in a spoonful of unsulfured blackstrap molasses to get an extra boost of iron in. This is a tea that you can drink 1 or 2 times a week for starters. I suggest that you start with once a week and see how your body reacts and then work your way up.
There is so much healing in every cup. Once we give the body what it needs consistently, the body can heal. That is why it is important to seek the best foods that contain what our bodies need.
Here are a few health benefits of sorrel.
