Mason Jar Salads are all the rage right now. If you haven`t heard of a mason jar salad you may be asking yourself, what is a mason jar salad? Well, a mason jar salad is basically a salad made in a glass mason jar. To make one you layer your salad components with the dressing down first so that everything stays nice and crisp and does not get all soggy and gross.
You store the salad in the fridge and when you are ready to eat – you just dump out the salad onto your plate and you have a ready-to-eat salad.
Mason jar salads are great for meal prepping. You can make a few at the start of the week and grab them out fridge on your way to work or school. They are also so customizable and easy to make that you can easily switch up flavors, dressings, greens, or veggies to suit your taste.

For this recipe, I used a glass 32oz Mason Jar. The “hardest” part of this salad will be cutting up your components.
