Blessed. My name is Kiara, and I am the creator of My Plant Base Plate. I love eating, living, healing, and all things plant-based. Currently living plant-based in Kentucky – the bluegrass state.
I started this blog back in January 2022 as a way to share with the world that you can enjoy a plant-based lifestyle without consuming soy or soy products. I want to show you that eating plant-based is not boring, expensive, repetitive, and you don`t have to eat tofu with every meal.
