Welcome to DAY 22 of Plant-Based & Soy-Free January. Tostones are twice-fried green plantains. They are the perfect salty, starchy, and fried side dish. You can make a batch of Tostones to pair alongside your lunch or dinner. I even eat them as “chips” as they cool. Today I am sharing with you my Tostones recipe.
