1. Ginger

Ginger is naturally warm and spicy spices that is sure to add heat to your dishes. A cup of ginger tea on a cold day is so warm and refreshing. Cayenne Pepper will literally add a fiery kick to your meals. I like to add a sprinkle of either cayenne pepper powder or dried flakes to my finished meals. If I have fresh hot peppers, I will then add in a piece when cooking. Cayenne pepper boosts the metabolism, increases circulation, improves digestion, and reduces inflammation to name a few health benefits.
4. Cloves

Cloves have a warm and cozy aroma that pairs with other warm spices such as cinnamon and ginger. Not to mention the antibacterial and antifungal properties, as well as the immune boosting properties of cloves. You will be warm inside and out.
5. Cinnamon

We cannot end this list without mentioning cinnamon. Cinnamon is a classic warm spice and the hallmark spice in many dessert recipes. The natural sweet yet lightly spicy flavors of cinnamon will add a warm yet sweet touch to your creations.
