Peanut Butter Rawnola (recipe)

Raw Peanut Butter Granola

A quick, easy, and nutritional snack or breakfast alternative.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Course Breakfast, Snack
Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats Adjustable
  • Cinnamon Powder
  • Raw Sesame Seeds If you have tahini you can substitute.
  • Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • Toasted Peanuts
  • Peanut Butter I used homemade unsweetened peanut butter
  • Unsulfured Blackstrap Molasses

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix, rolled oats, handful of toasted peanuts, about 1 tablespoon of sunflowers seeds and sesame seeds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
    Stir together well.
  • Add in a scoop of peanut butter.
  • Drizzle in molasses and honey.
  • Stir in peanut butter, and molasses in well. If you prefer a moister consistency add in some more molasses. It is all about personal prefrence.
  • Enjoy.
