Welcome to DAY 5 of Plant-Based & Soy-Free January. You can now count on one hand how long you have been doing this challenge. For today`s recipe, I decided to share my Slow Cooked Collard Greens recipe with you. This a seasoned twist on collard greens with many tropical seasonings.
Collard Greens are great sources of beta-carotene, folate, Vitamin K, and calcium. Yes, collard greens do contain calcium which is a mineral.
