What was the inspiration behind From Chickpeas, With Love?
Well, the simple answer is that I LOVE CHICKPEAS. Seriously though, I have been on a chickpea kick lately, so I challenged myself to come up with recipes that use chickpeas in some form as the main ingredient.
Then the idea to put all those recipes into an e-book came about. All the recipes are made from chickpeas and created with love from me. Hence the name.
Who is the photographer?
I personally staged and took all the recipe photographs. This is one aspect of food blogging that makes me immensely happy. I really enjoy making my recipes look absolutely stunning and mouth-watering as possible in photographs. If it tastes good. I try my best to make it look as good as I can.
