    How to Cook Perfect Quinoa – One Serving

    This recipe makes one serving of perfect fuffly quinoa.
    Prep Time 2 minutes
    Cook Time 28 minutes
    Total Time 30 minutes
    Course Lunch Idea, Main Course
    Cuisine South American
    Servings 1

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup Quinoa (washed and drained)
    • 1 cup Water
    • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
    • 1 tsp Coconut Oil

    Instructions
     

    • Rinse quinoa and set aside to drain.
    • In a small pot on HIGH, bring 1 cup of water, sea salt, and coconut oil to a rolling boil.
    • Add in quinoa and turn stove down to LOW.
    • Cook on LOW for 13-15 mintues.
    • Once all the water is absorbed, taste for doness. Remove from stove and serve.
