This Papaya Lemon Juice is perfect on a hot summer day. Served in a glass over ice is the perfect way to capture the tropics in a glass.
Papaya is a tropical fruit that grows in warm and sunny climates such as the Caribbean Islands, Florida, and South America. If you are in the middle of America (like me at the moment) or in a cold climate you can head over to your local Caribbean, Mexican, or Asian Supermarket and find a good, ripe, sweet papaya. You might need to try a few before you find a good one, the good news is that if it not sweet enough to eat you can just make juice.

You can get this and 5 other summer drink recipes in my newest e-book “Plant-Based Summer Drinks Recipes”. You can take this convenient e-book on your next summer vacation for delicious plant-based summer drinks on the go.
You can learn about the health benefits of papaya here and the seeds here. Yes, those tiny black seeds are packed with natural health benefits that really will surprise you. So when you are done here you can head over to that blog posts and give those two articles a quick read.
