This delicious Peach Sorbet captures the taste of summer in each spoon. Another plus is that you only need 3 ingredients to make this sorbet – peach, sugar, and lime juice.
Ingredients
- 3 lb Fresh Peaches
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- 8 oz Panela
Instructions
- In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Strain in your ice cream maker and churn until you have sorbet.
- Store in the freezer. Let chill slightly before serving.
