Each spoonful of this Cranberry Cinnamon Jam is tart from the cranberries, with warm hints of cinnamon, and sweet cane juice notes from the panela to finish. Do not think for a minute that to achieve this taste you need 10+ ingredients because you only need 4 to make this Cranberry Cinnamon Jam.
What you`ll need.
- Fresh Cranberries
- Panela
- Room Temperature Water
- Cinnamon Powder
Seasonal cranberries are perfect for this recipe. I usually find red cranberries in Aldi`s on sale for $0.99 per 12 oz bag during this time of the year. This jam is not only easy to make but is also super affordable.

As for your materials, this is what you will need to make this jam.
- Medium Size Pot
- 1 cup measure
- 1 teaspoon measuring spoon
- Wooden Spoon
- Glass Jar – I reused a recycled pasta sauce jar.
Here is the step-by-step recipe.
Cranberry Cinnamon Jam
Ingredients
- 12 oz Fresh Cranberries (washed)
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 6 oz Panela
Instructions
- In a pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Boil on medium for 15-20 mintues. Until the jam thickens and the cranberies have broken down.
- Remove from the stove and transfer into a heat-safe glass container.
- Once completley cooled, store in the fridge.
