This perfect is perfect for those hot summer days when you need something creamy and refreshing to cool you off. The only hardware you need to make this ice-cream is a blender – that right, just a regular blender.

Frozen bananas in combination with rich coconut milk gives this ice-cream that creamy luscious texture. You can top your finished ice-cream with frozen blueberries, granola, chocolate sauce, or whatever suits your fancy. It is downright easy to make but so so delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ Cold Coconut Milk
  • Splash of Vanilla Extract
  • Maple Syrup to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and eat immediately.

This recipe is a great way to use up your frozen fruits, feel free to swap the blueberries and banana for any other frozen fruit you may have on hand. My favorite swaps are strawberries and papaya when I am craving topical vibes.
