      Zucchini Noodles with a Avocado and Tahini Sauce

      This rich and creamy avocado pasta is a flour-free spin on my Avocado Pasta with fresh Zucchini Zoodles.

      Ingredients
        

      • 2 Large Zucchini
      • 1 Hass Avocado
      • 2 Green Onions
      • Fresh parsley (a few leaves) optional
      • ¼ cup Olive oil
      • ½ cup water
      • Sea Salt to taste you can start with a ½ teaspoon
      • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

      Instructions
       

      • Spiralize your zucchini and set aside.
      • Add all the ingredients except the zucchini noodles in the blender and blend until smooth. Add in more water if needed.
      • Pour over the zucchini noodles and mix in well. Adjust sea salt if needed.
      • Serve immediately.
